Pacific Century Premium Developments ltd is principally engaged in the development and management of premium property and infrastructure projects, as well as investment in premium-grade buildings in the Asia-Pacific region.

I designed the cover to show their proud projects and express the achievements in last year and in the future. The cover is imitating their company growth in last year and in the future. I combined several properties they have been developing in the expanding lines and points that connects throughout the layout. I also prepared the output file for printing and an online version for the company website.
